Learning, kit and website questions

The contact form sends your name, reply email, selected topic and message by authenticated email to hello@theitchefs.com, using the existing leads@theitchefs.com mailbox to send. We use those details to respond. It does not subscribe you to a mailing list and keeps no website message archive. Your email may remain in the mailbox, sent-mail or provider systems under their settings. You can contact hello@theitchefs.com about your message.

The form keeps limited technical records for abuse prevention and duplicate suppression: keyed hashes, timestamps and submission status, not your message, name or plain email/IP address. IP/email rate entries use a 15-minute window, duplicate tokens a 30-minute window and the unlinked global attempt count a 24-hour window. Expired entries are removed when a later submission reaches these checks; inactive files may therefore remain longer. Hosting access, security logs and backups are separate and follow the hosting account's settings. We do not promise immediate deletion from provider logs or backups.

An acceptance message means the email service accepted a request for delivery, not that it reached the inbox. If acceptance cannot be confirmed, avoid automatic resending and use the direct email link.

Preserved service inquiries

The original service form at the service page uses separate handling. It saves inquiry and technical delivery records on the website and may forward them through its existing configured service. The email-only/no-website-archive statement above applies to the new learning, kit and website-question form, not this preserved service form. Contact hello@theitchefs.com about an existing service inquiry or its records.

External services and hosting

The preserved service homepage loads styling from the Tailwind CDN and fonts from Google; visiting it sends ordinary browser requests to those providers. New learning pages use local assets and system fonts. The site and email are hosted through Hostinger; provider logging and retention are governed by the account's settings and its privacy information. Other external links have their own policies.

Keep sensitive information out

Please do not send passwords, sign-in codes, payment details or confidential documents through these forms. Planned kits remain unavailable for purchase. No payment information is collected here.
